Your files start in Drudow Storage: encrypted, used only to file and fetch them for you, and shown on a private files page you open with a link from Drudow. Want more privacy and control? Connect your own Google Drive and everything moves there. Drudow then asks Google for one narrow permission, drive.file, and can open only the folder it made for you.

Where are my files kept?
In your Drudow Storage to start with: 2 GB free, encrypted, with nothing to set up, and a private page where you can see them all sorted into folders. For more privacy and control, keep them in your own Google Drive instead: send DRIVE to Drudow and everything moves there. Already on Google Drive and prefer Drudow Storage? Send STORAGE, or switch on your account page.
Do you keep my documents?
With Drudow Storage, yes: encrypted, used only to file and fetch them for you, and deleted when you delete them (after 30 days in the trash) or delete your account. With your own Google Drive, no: a file passes through while it's being processed and is discarded once it's in your Drive. Either way we keep a short description so you can find it later. Prints at partner shops are held encrypted until they're printed, for 30 minutes at most.
Can Drudow see the rest of my Google Drive?
No. If you connect it, the drive.file permission limits Drudow to the files and folders it made for you. Google refuses anything else, whatever our code asks for.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Say Hi to Drudow on WhatsApp and send your first document. That's the whole setup.
Is it free?
Yes, while Drudow is in early access. There are limits on how much you can save and fetch, and paid plans with more are on the way. See the plans
What happens to my files if I stop using Drudow?
With Google Drive, nothing: they're already in your Drive, in ordinary folders you can open without us. With Drudow Storage, download them all from your files page, or move them to your Google Drive, whenever you like.
How do I delete my account?
From your account page, in one click. Everything we hold is removed, including the files in your Drudow Storage, so download or move them first. Files in your Google Drive stay untouched.
